  5. Approval and Processing: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be processed within 7business days and will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • You have not made every effort to apply the steps and instructions provided in the digital product.
    • Your refund request is submitted after the specified 15 days of refund window.
    • You have previously requested and received a refund for the same digital product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All items may be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange, upgrade or downgrade for any item please us an email at info@ctpguide.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Shipping returns

Currently there are no physical products to be shipped, requiring returns.
