A Snippet of the Journey
I am an immigrant from the Caribbean Island of the Commonwealth of Dominica who moved to Houston in 2004 to pursue a career in business. I graduated from The University of Houston in 2009 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Finance. My experiences during my studies and thereafter led me to the Construction Industry where I quickly rose through the ranks from administration to production and eventually operations. Allowing the opportunity to manage multimillion-dollar projects and oversee an I.T. infrastructure with support from a trusted vendor.
However, this was just the start of my professional journey. An opportunity arose for me to explore a career in I.T., and I grasped it with both hands. This decision allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of I.T. management and infrastructure design and provided me with exposure to the countless specialties of the field and the infinite business industries that I.T. serves
Ever since….
My I.T. career also presented me with a unique challenge: learning how to communicate with individuals who either did not appreciate technology or did not understand it. I had to find a way to bridge the communication gap and cultivate trust with my clients by teaching them how I.T. infrastructures impacted their workflows and how it could change them.
And from that moment on…
As an IT Pro turned Coach, I bring a unique approach to business management, team building, and training. My method combines observations and implementations to provide powerful perspectives and insights. I am also a proud graduate of the Robbins and Madanes Core 100 training, further enhancing my coaching practices.

Personally, I
am equally passionate about traveling as I loved exploring as a kid; yet, haven’t gotten back to doing it consistently.
Traveling has given me a greater appreciation for other cultures and without realizing it has deepened my ability to communicate with diverse teams and individuals.
